With recognised international programme accreditations (from both the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), the MSc in HRM has a strategic and international focus to reflect the critical role of the HR function within modern organisations. HR professionals and managers today face multiple, and often conflicting, role requirements in a function that is increasing complex and challenging. These challenges include managing transformational change, globalisation, diversity and inclusion, balancing operational and strategic issues and managing competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
