What will I learn?

The programme aims to produce competent graduates with the fundamental knowledge and skills to undertake capital appraisals, financial assets valuation and management of investments and risks in various financial markets including equities, bond, FOREX, commodities and derivatives. Specifically, the programmed will expose students to both theoretical and practical approaches in areas such as corporate finance, security analysis and portfolio management, to name a few. Overall, the programmed encompasses a comprehensive study of money markets, financial instruments, financial planning, banking and corporate restructuring.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants must have two principal passes. Other English Language Requirements accepted: TOEFL score of 196 (computer-based) / 525 (written-based).

For international students

Students are required to complete international academic qualification equivalent to Malaysian STPM / A-Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) or equivalent. Entry requirements may vary from country to country.

At least IELTS Band 6 or its equivalents (As stipulated by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia).
