What will I learn?

The Master of Science (Land Administration and Development) course consists of 5 core courses, 4 elective courses and 1 University course. In addition to these subjects, students are required to submit a Master Project worth of 8 credits. To graduate, students must complete a total 46 credits and they are assessed through assignments, presentations and final examination.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants must have a bachelor degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate; or other qualifications equivalent to a bachelor degree and experience in the related field recognized by the senate. English Language Requirements: IELTS ? Band 6.0; TOEFL ? 550; TOEFL (IBT) ? 79ELS CIEP LEVEL 108 & 109.

For international students

A Bachelor’s Degree with good honors from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognized by the Senate; or

A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the relevant field recognized by the Senate.

Applicant must fulfill one of the options below:

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): The minimum scores of 550 or TOEFL IBT 79

International English Language Testing System (IELTS): The minimum scores of 6.0

ELS Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP): Completion of ELS Certified Intensive English Programme (CIEP) Level 107 or higher

Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR): The minimum scale of B2
