Want to make change happen?

Global Project and Change Management (Sustainable Business and Innovations) is a BBA-programme of Windesheim Honours College in Zwolle. It prepares you for a career as an international project and change manager who can make the difference in tackling worldwide sustainability challenges. Think, for example, of climate change, human rights, global health and the circular economy. Sustainable development is the focus of this NVAO-accredited (opens in new tab) programme, but we also stimulate social and sustainable entrepreneurship. We dare, we share, we care! Do you?

What's Global Project and Change Management like?

We challenge you to create change! The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are at the heart of this programme, so you will learn to think critically, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented about global developments, sustainability and yourself. The programme is focused on doing, creating and co-creating: working with others to resolve problems that transcend borders.

Year 1 and 2: your foundation

In the first two years you will discover what the field of sustainable project and change management entails. Year one will introduce you to key areas of project management and professional skills. You will get acquainted with the industry and discover which skills you need. In year two, you continue to build your skills and deepen your knowledge. You will study modules designed to embed key knowledge in managerial and sustainable practice, while at the same time working on practical skills, such researching, communication and presenting.
