Choose to specialise in human resources (HR) or medical administration.

Human resource administration

Learn the fundamentals of database record management, advanced Word and Excel, human resource policies and processes, human resource administration and payroll software.

Medical administration

Learn how to operate MedTech32, create medical documentation using advanced Word, Excel and Olympus transcription. Gain knowledge to work professionally in health administration and be work ready for positions in general practice, hospital reception and administration. There are opportunities for work placement/observation in a local hospital and general practice during the course.

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants are required to complete Year 12 or equivalent of secondary school.

Entry requirements vary from country to country.

IELTS test: General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower then 5; TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT): Score of 530 (with an essay score of 4.5 TWE); TOEFL Internet-based test (iBT): Score of 46 (with a writing score of 14); Cambridge English Examinations: B2 First or B2 First for schools with a score of 162. No less than 154 in each skill; OET - Minimum of Grade C or 200 in all sub-tests; Pearson Test of English (Academic): PTE (Academic) score of 42 with no band score lower than 36.

*There may be different IELTS requirements depending on your chosen course.
