What will I learn?

This multi-accredited degree offers you the chance to develop and practise your technical knowledge, skills and expertise, while gaining professional recognition from the world’s leading accountancy bodies. You will gain a solid grounding in the core elements of accounting and finance, ensuring you are well prepared for a variety of accountancy careers. Topics covered include financial reporting, management accounting, corporate finance, taxation, audit, and computerised accounting systems. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) has fully accredited this degree, so you will gain maximum exemptions from a professional qualification when you graduate. We are also a recognised Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) ‘Partner in Learning’ and, depending on your module choices, you can gain exemptions from ICAEW, with further exemptions offered towards Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) examinations. Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants who have passed the High School Graduation Diploma with a grade lower than B can be considered for entry to our Foundation Years. Applicants who have passed the High School Graduation Diploma with a grade B average or above and have a SAT combined score of 1100 or above (550+ in each test) – Applicants who sat the SAT previous to 2016 will require a combined score of 1670+ can be considered for entry to the first year of the degree. Applicants who have passed the High School Graduation Diploma with a grade B average or above and have an ACT (American College Test) score of 23 or above can be considered for entry to the first year of the degree. Applicants who have passed the High School Graduation Diploma with a grade B average or above and have an Advanced Placement Tests with grade 3 and above in at least 3 relevant Group A, AP subjects can gain entry to the first year of the degree. Applicants who have successfully completed a 2 year Associate Degree of Professional Diploma at an institution such as a community college can be considered for advanced entry to the 2nd year of a relevant degree programme. IELTS with an average overall score of 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each component for undergraduate study.
