What will I learn?

**ACCOUNTANCY AND MATHEMATICS:** Accounting is the process of collecting, measuring, analysing and communicating information to aid decision-making within business and other organisations. Mathematics incorporates successful explorations of numerical, geometrical and logical relationships.You will be provided with a solid grounding in the principles and theory of Accountancy and Mathematics, and will be prepared for employment in a wide variety of contexts where financial and mathematical skills are valued, or for further study, and for engagement in lifelong learning. The financial sector, locally and throughout the UK, actively recruits graduates skilled in all aspects of mathematics, and a significant number of our Honours graduates find employment in the commercial sector, in insurance, accounting, finance or banking. This degree offers exemptions for some professional accountancy exams.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Must include Mathematics.Must also have GCSE English at Grade B or above.Applicants will receive an offer conditional on attaining A*AB/AAA. Applicants who achieve A*AB/AAA are guaranteed entry. Applicants who achieve grades less than A*AB/AAA but higher than ABB will be considered for entry.
