Analytical Chemistry Group has research interests and expertise spanning criminal forensic science, environmental sampling, archaeology, geology, pathology and drug analysis. We can offer you the opportunity to undertake analysis-based research in a wide variety of fields and are always very happy to consider thesis proposals. Entry requirements

For students from United States

Bachelor degree with final GPA of 2.7; a recognised pre-Masters course. Our standard entry criteria for postgraduate courses is IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, with nothing lower than 5.5 in any of the four elements (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

For international students

Students need a Bachelor degree or equivalent with first or upper second class honours, in a related subject area. Students need a minimum IELTS score of 6.5, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component (or equivalent test).
