An effective marketing strategy and up-to-date business knowledge are key to the success of any modern company. This is where our course comes in.In your first year, you will ground your learning in the field, covering a broad range of skills. During your second and third years, you will have the opportunity to tailor your degree to suit your interests and career aspirations, in areas such as contemporary business practice, contemporary marketing, market research, and advertising. The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), which means our graduates leave with a degree that is recognised by one of the world’s leading professional marketing bodies that’s respected industry-wide.Employability is a key feature of what we offer at DMU and our students are given the tools to boost their prospects through the dedicated faculty careers and placement team, which helps students gain work experience ranging from short-term internships to year-long placements and graduate jobs.**Key features:**- Study at a CIM Accredited Study Centre and an Institute of Data and Marketing Key Educational Partner. Studying this course will allow you to gain significant exemptions from CIM professional qualification on top of your degree (subject to module choice.- Enjoy an international experience linked to your studies with our DMU Global programme. Current marketing embedded trips are ‘Branding in New York’ for final year students and ‘Content and Creativity in Copenhagen’ for second-year students, alongside a range of other options. Entry requirements

For students from United States

If you hold an associate degree from a Community College you may be eligible for direct entry onto year 2 of our undergraduate courses. Our normal criteria is a GPA 3.0, plus you will need to submit a copy of your transcript so that course leaders can check the modules and syllabus match. IELTS 6.0 overall, with 5.5 in each band, or equivalent.
