What will I learn?

Developing new processes for producing specialist materials, such as plastics, lightweight metal alloys and nanomaterials, is an emerging trend in the chemical industry for a wide variety of industrial and consumer applications. Covering all these areas, the degree is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills for a career in the chemical, materials and related industries.On this degree, you’ll gain a grounding in the fundamental science and mathematical concepts that underpin chemical engineering, such as thermodynamics and the principles of process engineering.
