What will I learn?

This programme is designed to deepen your understanding of education so that you can critically analyse education practice, provisions and policy in your own current or future professional context. It supports you in interrogating research literature and in undertaking educational research in your own areas of study.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Students must hold Bachelor’s degree (GPA: 3.0+) from an accredited university or college in a relevant subject. Normally a 2.1 or 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject will be accepted. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual postgraduate degree programmes.

For international students

2.1 Honours degree or equivalent qualification in any subject. For applicants whose first language is not English, the University sets a minimum English Language proficiency level. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic module (not General Training): 6.5 with no subtests under 6.0. ibTOEFL: 90 with minimum of R 20, L 19, S 19, W 23.
