What will I learn?

Overview

The MSc Finance suite of courses is designed to equip you with the knowledge and technical skills required to meet the needs and demands of the profession and make a more meaningful contribution to the organisations they work for. The MSc Finance and Risk Management course will provide you with a well-grounded knowledge and understanding of key concepts and principles that support and inform corporate financial and strategic decision-making and is best suited for those interested in investments and portfolio management.

Entry requirements

For international students

You should have an honours degree (2:2 or above) in an accounting or finance related subject from a UK university or equivalent and A level Mathematics (or equivalent). We may also offer you a place based on relevant experience or training, normally from within the work environment. All applications are considered individually. You need to meet our English language requirement of 6.5 overall score for IELTS, with a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
