What will I learn?

Please note that due to COVID-19, this course will initially be delivered via a blended learning approach, which may include face-to-face learning in the classroom, remote learning off-campus and digital learning. When delivery is taking place on-campus, there will be reduced student numbers and physical distancing measures in place.

Cyber Security is an ongoing key concern for business and government to protect against digital threats, from personal data to business systems. Skills to help prevent attacks are in short supply and this course aims to equip students with the knowledge required to progress to a career in cyber security.

When studying this course you will learn the basics of cyber resilience, from ethical hacking to data recovery.

Progression

The HND Cyber Security may allow direct entry into the third year of most degrees related to Cyber Security or onto an apprenticeship.
