What will I learn?

Overview

This one-year programme is specifically tailored to the needs of international learners. Emphasis is placed on additional language and skills support to develop your confidence and ability to progress onto the second year of an undergraduate degree at Solent.

The International Year One - Business covers the same business units as those studied on year 1 of the BA Business Management programme at Solent University. These units cover a range of core skills in areas such as marketing, accounting, economics and management. To support your future study and equip you with the knowledge and confidence when studying in years 2 and 3, you will develop skills in business data analysis and research.

WHAT WILL I STUDY

The International Year One - Business introduces you to a broad range of business areas such as marketing, accounting, economics and management whilst developing your academic study and English language skills.
