This course is designed to create experienced, savvy graduates, ready for exciting media positions. You'll acquire both the management skills and the media expertise that you need to excel in the dynamic creative industries. This course offers a two year work experience route including a placement of up to 12 months. Gain advanced knowledge and qualifications, and prepare for exciting professional media positions; Undertake a major individual project alongside or within a relevant organisation; Excel through a syllabus designed to match the in-demand expertise of the creative media industry; Learn to manage digital media businesses and teams, and exploit the latest technologies; Study in well-equipped media studios and lab facilities, with experienced industry practitioners.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

The following qualifications will be considered for entry on to postgraduate taught programmes: a first degree or professional qualification recognised as being equivalent to degree standard; an HND or higher education diploma with substantial work experience in an appropriate field; successful completion of a recognised pre-Masters course. The following qualifications will be considered for entry on to postgraduate research programmes (MPhil/PhD): Masters Degree from a recognised university. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.

For international students

Students need an honours degree (2.2 or above) or equivalent in any subject. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 with 5.5 in all skills (or equivalent).
