What will I learn?

**Course overview**- The multi-million pound screenwriting industry is the foundation of film and television production. Meet professional writers, network at BAFTA events and attend film festivals on our Screenwriting course.- Foundation Entry degree courses are designed for students who have the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly enter their chosen Honours degree programme.- This degree is now regarded as one of the top screenwriting courses in the UK and our position within the North West media marketplace is constantly growing through our direct industry links with the BBC and MediaCityUK, of which the University of Central Lancashire is a leading educational partner.**Why study with us**- Develop the crafts of film and TV screenwriting and writing for radio to a professional level - and with considerable freedom.- Access state-of-the-art facilities in our Media Factory where you can practice various scriptwriting disciplines.- Guest speakers from the industry and alumni share experiences of working for ITV London and Pinewood studios, or writing for Holby City and Hollyoaks.
