What will I learn?

The BSc in Web and Mobile Development offers you the expertise, support and technology to build a portfolio of work that allows you to stand out from the crowd and forge a successful career in the industry.Your course begins with a solid grounding in software design and computer science in your first year; gaining skills in problem solving, logical thinking and design theory. In your second year of study you build on your knowledge to produce a range of applications for both mobile and web, honing your abilities in both research and human / computer interaction. The final year allows you to undertake a major project alongside specialist modules including distributed systems, big data and data security. With the market for well-trained graduates entering the Mobile and Web sectors set to increase by over 50% between now and 2024. This course is designed for you to fulfil this increasing demand.

Students must have a High School Graduation Diploma: Grade B/CGPA 3.0, plus one of the following: Scholastic Aptitude Test I (SAT I): minimum of 550 in each of the following components: (i) Evidence Based Reading & Writingand (ii) Maths; American College Testing (ACT): minimum composite score of 23; Advanced Placement Tests (AP): two subjects with a minimum score of 3 in each.
