What will I learn?

Our 18-credit Advanced Certificate in Infrastructure Security Management program provides you with the skills necessary to identify security concerns and develop effective responses to protect an organization’s facilities and infrastructures. You’ll learn how professionals use advanced technology for fire protection, crime prevention, and environmental monitoring to ensure that critical systems are fully operational and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from and conduct research in conjunction with our faculty.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Students must have completed a B.S. degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university; Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0.

For international students

The 18-credit advanced certificate programs have the same admission requirements as the Energy Management, M.S. program. Courses may not be applied to more than one certificate and must be completed with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

B.S. degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university. A background in engineering or management is desirable but not required.

Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.85 for full matriculation.
