What will I learn?

At Butler, our faculty of experienced programmers can teach you the complexities of software coding in languages like MS Visual Basic, XHTML and CSS. There are courses that focus on applications for gaming, databases and, of course, mobile devices.

You’ll work in computer labs equipped with technology that keeps you out on the leading edge of design capabilities. And we keep our class sizes comfortably small, so your instructors can give you plenty of personal attention as you work to master the fine art of creative software development.

The Software Development program will prepare you to focus on the general writing and implementation of generic and customized programs to drive operating systems including applying the methods and procedures of software design and programming to software installation and maintenance.
