The fire science technology AS degree prepares you for a career as a fire officer, fire instructor, fire investigator, fire safety inspector, hazardous materials technician, building inspector, or fire insurance salesperson.
With many online course options to accommodate busy schedules, this program combines technical study and coursework in mathematics, English, physical science and liberal arts with knowledge necessary to advance into supervisory or management positions.
Graduates of the fire science technology program are eligible to transfer to Northwood University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in business administration management/fire science management.
