From leading lively class discussions to organizing fun group activities and hands-on learning experiences, you'll create an environment where they can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Our Leading Teacher Program in Middle Grades Education (4-8) is designed to equip you with the skills and strategies to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment in your classroom. You'll gain a deep understanding of adolescent development and effective teaching strategies, preparing you to teach across subject areas in Grades 4-6 and specialize in one of three concentration options, or a dual concentration option.
