What will I learn?

The BA in English-Writing is designed to promote expertise in writing within a number of different contexts and disciplines (including business writing, technical writing, rhetoric, and creative writing). By combining an emphasis on strong writing skills with a background in literary analysis, this option will prepare students for a number of careers where writing skills are at a premium, including law, public relations, advertising, publishing, editing, the creation of web content, sales, marketing, the ministry, and entrepreneurship.

For students from United States

Students must have official transcripts listing courses, examinations, grades, and marks from your high school or college/university.

For international students

Students must have official transcripts and marks from your high school or college/university. We require a 2.0 minimum GPA for all incoming freshmen Students.

Minimum English Requirements (must meet one of the following)

A score of 500 or higher on the written TOEFL

A score of 173 or higher on the computerized TOEFL

A score of 61 or higher on the internet-based TOEFL

A score of Band 5.5 (overall) on the IELTS

A score of 43 or higher on PTE (Pearson Test of English)

A score of 90 or higher on Duolingo (Accepting Temporarily)
