Our graduates pursue careers in data science, data analytics, data mining and financial analytics at Fortune 500 companies, medium and small business and nonprofit organizations. This degree qualifies an F-1 student for a STEM OPT extension. Your Business Analytics professional field courses will focus on: Data management, Data mining, Data modeling, Data visualization, Data warehousing, Fundamentals of data analytics and model building tools and technologies, Fundamentals of economics, accounting, finance, marketing and management, Statistical data analysis.You will become familiar with a variety of business analytical tools and software packages. You'll also learn about applications of business analytics in specific fields such as logistics, marketing or business computer information systems by taking supporting courses in the corresponding areas.
