The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in General Business from Wichita State’s Barton School of Business combines its AACSB-accredited program with the unmatched opportunities for applied learning and internships found in Kansas’ largest city. Curriculum

This program will increase your knowledge in all basic business disciplines and functions - preparing you to perform various tasks within a firm. You are also encouraged to minor in one or two specific business disciplines.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicants must: Be enrolled in, or admitted to, WSU. Have completed, or have plans to complete, the prerequisite requirements. Have an overall minimum GPA of 2.75. For Nursing: Students must have GPA with no grade lower than a 2.0 in any of the specified required courses.

For international students

Students who have completed high school (or will soon graduate from high school) are eligible to apply

English proficiency may be demonstrated in the following ways:

  • Internet-based TOEFL (iBT): 72
  • Wichita State Institutional TOEFL (PBT): 530
  • IELTS Academic or IELTS Indicator overall band score: 6.0
  • PTE Academic: 49
