The Graduate Certificate in Human Capital provides deep knowledge of the practices and research based disciplines of Human Capital and Human Resource Management. Participants will learn how human capital contributes to the core strategy of an organization.
Courses cover key areas associated with human resource competencies as well as knowledge associated with the psychology of people, organizations, and careers. Human capital theory is presented in a practical way, targeted towards HR generalists or non-human resource managers interested in understanding the strategic function of HR in organizations.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Applicants who have earned their degrees outside of the US must hold degrees from institutions in compliance with their national standards.
