What will I learn?

The Multicultural Education study option is designed to prepare teachers and other education professionals to assume leadership roles in school districts, colleges and universities, community organizations, and other institutions that have projects, courses and programs related to racial equity and educational justice. It is further designed to support scholars and educators—pre-K through university—to engage and produce strength-based approaches to teaching and learning, particularly with Native, Black, Latinx, Asian, and Pacific Islander students and communities across intersections with gender and sexuality, class, dis/ability, migration, language, land, and more.
