What will I learn?

The ​Italian Culture for the 21st Century, Advanced Certificate program focuses on the study of “Made in Italy,” a phenomenon that is a result of the intersection of arts and culture, technology and industry. It is a gateway to studying Italian in a contemporary and international context. An Internship Program with the Italian Trade Commission is available to students enrolled in the program.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

All students applying for admission must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or the foreign equivalent, with an undergraduate record indicating good preparation for the proposed area of graduate study. Good preparation is generally interpreted to mean a minimum academic average of B in undergraduate work considered by the department and the Office of Graduate Studies to be relevant to the proposed area of study. If ten years have elapsed since completion of undergraduate work, additional undergraduate courses may be required as a condition of admission
