Supply Chain management has become an essential skill set for managing global enterprises involving the strategic flow of goods and services for meeting customers’ needs. Supply chain management utilizes the methods of logistics and operations research to construct supply chains using holistic approaches that realize value at all nodes of the chain.
Students who have a graduate business degree from an accredited institution can apply to attend the Barney School of Business to earn a specialized certificate in Supply Chain Management by completing the following four courses (12 credit hours):
MGT 704 - E-Commerce
MGT 750 - Bargaining and Negotiations
MGT 760 - Supply Chain Management
EM 620 - Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering

If you already have a graduate degree or MBA from an accredited institution, you can apply to earn one of our certificates by completing four graduate courses.
International applicants are preferred to be proficient in English — or have TOEFL, PTE or IELTS if you are not a native speaker of the English Language. Average TOEFL scores for students range from a minimum of 80 (Internet Based Total), and 550 (Paper Based Total). The minimum score for the PTE is a 58. IELTS minimum score for graduate studies is 6.5.
