Undergraduate GSSP: Arts & Letters is equivalent to the first year of an FAU bachelor's degree in Arts & Letters. It provides the foundation for further study in many areas such as graphic design, political science, communication studies and music.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

Applicant must have completed high school diploma or equivalent.

For international students

High School Diploma or equivalent with GPA of 2.0. Students from other countries should have country specific requirements equivalent to USA.

Age requirements

FAU GSSP does not accept students under 16 years of age at the start of the program.

Students between 16 and 17 years of age must have parental/guardian consent to attend FAU GSSP. Application forms must be signed by a parent/guardian.

English Language Requirements

For two semesters applicant must have IELTS score of 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5), TOEFL iBT score of 71, Pearson Versant score of 56 and Cambridge English score of 169.

For three semesters applicant must have IELTS score of 5.5+ (no band lower than 5.0), TOEFL iBT score of 69, Pearson Versant score of 50 and Cambridge English score of 162.
