What will I learn?

Undergraduate GSSP: Engineering and Computer Science is equivalent to the first year of an FAU bachelor's degree in Engineering and Computer Science. It provides the foundation for further study in many areas such as ocean engineering, civil engineering and computer science.

Entry requirements

For students from United States

High school completion equivalent in the U.S. are required.

For international students

High School Diploma or equivalent with GPA of 2.0. Students from other countries should have country specific requirements equivalent to USA.

Age requirements

FAU GSSP does not accept students under 16 years of age at the start of the program.

Students between 16 and 17 years of age must have parental/guardian consent to attend FAU GSSP. Application forms must be signed by a parent/guardian.

For two semesters applicant must have IELTS score of 6.0, TOEFL iBT score of 75, Pearson Versant score of 56 and Cambridge English score of 169.

For three semesters applicant must have IELTS score of 5.5+, TOEFL iBT score of 69, Pearson Versant score of 50 and Cambridge English score of 162.
