Price are considered fair initially in comparison to other flying school here in Malaysia. However after enrolling be prepared to be charged extra for anything that the company / school feels just and profitable for them. The contract that you sign will also states this "special clauses" just in case they decide to charge you more for whatever reasons that maybe unjustifiable. Living quarters (rooms) provided are poorly maintained. You would have to possibly renovate the whole room yourself just to make it livable. Living outside is not allowed for CPL/IR course. The ground school I would say is one of the best, however the ground instructors especially the Chief Ground Instructor treat students like they are kids or school students. Don't expect treatment like they have in higher education institutions and universities where students are treat as adults. They expect everybody to fall in line even though half of the rules there doesn't make sense especially to an average civilians. All ground school instructors here are retired military personnel. Any small problems they will attempt to exaggerate the matter and threaten the students by writing bad reviews in their permanent file. This file according to them will be sent to DCA and your prospect employers once you have graduated. So much for getting your dream job. There are also elements of favoritism based on your nationality and race there at the ground school. Flying instructors are overall good except for one or two who just don't have the patience to teach. Instead they just like to shout and curse right into your ear throughout your flight. Training aircrafts are fairly new and regularly maintained as per schedule which is a good thing as this will give you a peace of mind while flying these aircrafts. Overall poor management and professionalism in services they render come into question. show less
