UniKL has recently entered into a collaborative agreement with Philip Kotler Impact Inc in setting up the UniKL Philip Kotler Centre of Marketing Excellence (UPKCME) at UniKL Business School.
The partnership is expected to provide a platform for UniKL to develop a new master’s course called Masters in Business Administration and Business Creation (MBAC) and to organise the Kotler Lifetime and Kotler Best Paper Awards. The collaboration will also see an overhaul of marketing textbooks and the introduction of new Malaysian case study materials to be used in the delivery of courses.
The partnership is expected to enhance students’ learning and increase their employability by equipping them with the skills that employers seek. The setting up of the UniKL Philip Kotler Centre of Marketing Excellence is another step towards the fulfilment of UniKL’s mission, as it looks forward to being recognised as one of the top universities in Asia.
