University Malaysia Pahang is considered a new, growing university, when compared to other local public universities such as Univesity of Malaya. However, this does not restrain its students to learn and experience university life. Getting around the campus has never been a problem to me as going from one place to another is not more than 15 minutes walking distance. This has saved a lot of my time from waiting university buses in order to reach a university facility (eg. Library). Walking at night is always safe, while being able to enjoy the beautiful starry night. Besides, due to the size of the university, students get to participate in more activities without needing to worry about the capacities and chances available. This is one of the aspects I enjoy most. In addition, lectures also seem to be enjoyable as lecture halls and classrooms are less compact and lecturer-students engagements are better. show less
