Netherlands Maritime University (NMU) was established in 2007 to provide education in the shipping and transport industries. NMU is located in Rotterdam,which is one of largest centres of world trade and transport. NMU offers a dedicated management program - Master of Shipping and Transport accredited by the Dutch Flemish Organisation for Accreditation (NVAO). Other programmes on offer include Maritime Logistics, Shipping, Trade and Transportation, Maritime Economics, Operations Management, Finance and Controlling Management.
