Overview

New Zealand School of Tourism (NZST) is the largest private tertiary establishment in New Zealand, specialising in the provision of training programmes for the airline, travel and tourism industries. The school is part of Yoobee Colleges Limited, one of New Zealand’s largest private training establishments, with 7000 students enrolled across five schools, colleges and academies. NZST aims to teach students practical real-world skills in flight attending, hospitality, travel and tourism, management, operations and customer experience. The school offers a specialised Level 4 International Flight Attendant Certificate and its Auckland Airport Campus has New Zealand’s best flight attendant training facility, enabling students to learn in a real flight environment with a 747 cabin trainer and a full Boeing 737 aircraft, an A320 cabin trainer, air evacuation slides, life rafts and an airline firefighting simulator.
