The Department of Economics will award two Master's scholarships covering 100% of fees to students who are nationals of and domiciled in any country in Africa or Latin America. Additionally, one Master's scholarship covering 25% of fees will be awarded to a student who is a national of and domiciled in any country in Europe. To be eligible, students must have firmly accepted their offer for one of the department’s one-year taught MSc courses.

These scholarships are designed to enhance access to Master's level study for students from these regions who may otherwise face challenges in pursuing postgraduate education.

Please note:
The scholarships are for full-time study only.
The scholarships cannot be deferred or transferred to another course outside the Department of Economics.
You must be self-funding.
You will be automatically considered for scholarship eligibility when you apply for the relevant course at this institution
There is no application process for this scholarship. All eligible applicants with firmly accepted offers by 18 May 2026 will automatically considered.
