The Faculty of Social Sciences & Public Policy is offering five scholarships of £5000 each to support online postgraduate study. Applications are particularly welcome from underrepresented groups.

Award details:

  • Five scholarships, worth £5,000 per student across both intakes, available as a partial contribution towards tuition fees for the online programme: MSc International Development
  • Please note scholarship funds are not eligible for use toward the deposit.
  • The deadline for submissions (for the January 2026 intake) is 15 October 2025.
  • Interviews, if deemed necessary, will take place shortly afterwards.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants must accept an offer of admission to the MSc International Development programme to be eligible for the scholarship.
