Actuarial science at Cass
It is a great uni; a lot of great people from all over the world and with lots of different backgrounds; modern halls and classrooms; intelligent, interesting and empathetic lecturers(qualified actuaries); a wonderful atmosphere; the best Student Union bar ever.The reputation of cass business school says it all and I have been here for three years and let me tell you that a many opportunities are available and people are always ready to help.My best advice would be not leave work for the last minute especially if you are studying actuarial science and do some activities,get in societies.

An astounding institution especially cass business school.The lecturers are great,all are qualified.The main campus is Northampton square where we have lectures and there are many international students.Our course is tailored to give us the best gist of the work life.The facilities for cass students as well as city students are very good.Computer labs,a big library and we can also access the facilities of cass business school which is in the heart of london.I would recommend cass to everyone because of our reputation,employers will look for you.

This is an university which have a high level of academic study. Therefore, it would be very helpful for your future career. There are many talkshows as well as mock interviews to help you improve you CV. It is a multi - culture school so there are many chances for you to know about other cultures.

Actuarial at Cass
I love maths and thought this would be the best course for me as it allowed me to apply logic to solving financial problems.You learn about financial mathematics,economics,IT,Mathematics and Actuarial methods.Cass is the best in the UK for this course and it was one of my best choices to come here.The lecturers are qualified actuaries and the course structure is the best because it makes you dive directly into the profession and there are talks nearly every week in the business school where you are exposed to people in the work life.My advice would be to stay consistent with the workload because I have 23 hours of lectures a week and assignments nearly every week but it is totally worth it

Great learning experience
The most important thing is to keep on track with your work.Actuarial science is quite demanding at Cass business school which is the business school of city university but the lecturers are great as they are all qualified actuaries.The university and this course will encourage an all rounded development of an individual and I am enjoying this experience so far.The university is also very international and great friends will be made.

The university has some of the best academic teaching in the whole of London. The law school is very helpful and supportive and has a great reputation for graduate employment.It has qualified lawyers that come in and give talks about job prospects. City Law schoolhas just invested in new facilities and there are students from all over the world. As an overseas student one comes to appreciate and understand different perceptions of life. In city university one gets plenty of diversity as students come from different borders and backgrounds. My advise to any student is not to get overwhelmed by the experience and just take life as it comes

Cass the best place for business
CASS business school is a great example of a modern business school with strong links to industry. Its in the heart of the financial district of London and opens up many opportunities.The library is good but could be improved but students can also use the Cass library which has many more degree specific books.There are a few societites which help you to network and its is also a good thing to put on your CV.Do be active in these activities but also keep the balance of work because the courses in Cass are challenging.
