Great experience with the Honors College Program with a full scholarship cover tuition and book fees for international studen

"Houston Community College is a 2 year institution. The admission is very easy. They don't need a TOEFL or IELTS score. However, if you want to be admitted into the college level you should have these scores around 80 for the TOEFL IBT test and a 5.5 for the IELTS. There is another option for students to take the COMPASS test. It is much more easier than those two tests.
The tuition here is affordable and could save you a lot of money compare to getting straight into the 4 year university. Tuition is about 5000/year (2 semester) for 12 credits. After completing the program at HCC you can transfer to a 4 year university to complete your degree.
HCC central college has a special program for talented, high motivated students. You will get a full scholarship which cover tuition and book fees for INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS and the scholarship will be renewable if you keep your GPA above 3.5. The most excited part of being in Honors College is you will get the opportunity to travel abroad (to Europe) during your last semester at the Honors College. The trip is sponsored and you won't have to pay anything. It is a 10 days trip during Spring Break Week. I'm going to travel abroad next year, probably to France or Italy.
I am now in the Honors College program and am an International student. I got accepted into the Honors College last year and got a full scholarship.
