I Had a Great Experience Here and You Will Too

Coming to MCPHS University as an International student from Vietnam, I was a little hesitate and shy at first, but the University really helped me out. All the international staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me with my class schedule, getting around Boston and the University campus, making friends by joining clubs, etc...Right now, I've already am a third year student and MCPHS University has become a second home and family to me.

My experience at MCPHS University

Hi everyone! I'm a 2nd year Pre-Med student at MCPHS University. I'm from Vietnam. I remember when i first entered the University as a freshman, especially as an international freshman, i was really scared because i didn't know anyone or anything about the school. MCPHS University really did a wonderful job helping me adapt to the new environment as well as making new friends and getting to know about the US culture. The thing i love the most about MCPHS is that all the students around here all driven to be a healthcare provider whether it was nursing, pharmacy, doctor, PA, etc...therefore, it helped me easily connect with all the students around. Furthermore, MCPHS University were surrounded by a lot of famous hospitals around the world: Boston's Children Hospital, Beth Israel, Brigham&Women, etc...A lot of students get an opportunity to obtain a volunteer or internship position in those hospitals to gain more experience and knowledge about their careers. As for me, i was lucky enough to get a research opportunity at the VA hospital this summer, so i really am excited. Come to MCPHS University. I'll see you guys right here in Boston :)

Decent School requires serious dedication and time

This is a health sciences and pharmacy school and as we all know the level of seriousness and dedication that is needed to complete these courses is high. So, if you are expecting the school course will be light and will get free time whenever you need, then, this is the not the school you are looking for. It makes you learn and implement time management between your studies and social life. If you do it in a proper way then this school will nurture the best out of you and prepare you for your goals, which I have experienced it personally. The social life here is like a community, almost everybody is familiar. So, you don't feel that you are nobody.

Good School to Study.

As a student in MCPHS University, I feel there's so much to do for the career and for fun. CAB has event in the school every month, SGA (Student Government Association) holds lots of great annual events like Harvest Ball, Clam-B Q, and different student clubs and organizations have their own events funded by the campus leadership office. The alumni culture in the school is awesome, graduates come back to school to introduce the company they work at and fight the spots for new graduates from MCPHS University. Very good experience being a student at MCPHS University.

Experience of a lifetime

I'm having a better experience with MCPHS University than I ever imagined. The international community is large and friendly, and this make things more interesting since I could make friends from people all around the world. I definitely recommend MCPHS for every student that are compromised with studying and give the better of yourself to it.

MCPHS

If you are interested in studying pharmacy and health science related majors, MCPHS is a great school. The school is located in Boston and surrounded by several hospitals so students have a great opportunity to do an internship too. The 6-year pharmD program at MCPHS is structured and prepares students well to become a great pharmacist. Also the faculty at MCPHS is very willing to help you. They are versatile and diverse and the school shares some professors with Harvard Medical School too.

MCPHS UNIVERSITY

College can be the most exciting time of your life, but if you don't maintain your grades, it will be over quicker than you think. Take advantage of all the available resources you have at the university and don't be afraid to speak to your professors or ask for advice, they are all very nice and willing to help you succeed.
