Brighton is a fantastic city to live in, with so much art and culture, seaside and nightlife. There are lots of music and media jobs after graduation, and it's less than an hour from London. Bimm focuses on giving musicians skills to make a living such as music business and publishing. It was very easy to get a place. The students in my year had a very wide range of abilities. As such I found the learning experience disappointing as it's a very one size fits all approach and offers no student-centred mentoring or teaching. I was able to employ skills learnt as the course progressed, and am pleased with the music business abilities, that i have learnt, which were very focussed on becoming a do it all yourself musician. It's an expanding brand as they are opening up new universities across europe, and as such it can feel like an ever expanding soulless educational machine. show less
