New courses at the college include its Foundation in Humanities and Social Sciences, which can lead to a number of BA and BSc undergraduate degrees upon completion. ICP have also recently begun offering an International First Year in Law which leads directly to an LLB (Hons) Law. International College Portsmouth works hard to ensure that tuition fees are affordable for international students. The college also offers a variety of bursaries and financial incentives to help students fund their studies.
Undergraduate tuition fees for the 2024/25 academic year range between GBP 9,100 and GBP 17,200, depending on the subject area and course duration. Postgraduate courses, meanwhile, cost between GBP 9,100 and GBP 9,350. Postgraduate tuition fees cover a course length of one semester.

The college offers 11 undergraduate pathway programmes which are designed to lead on to a range of degrees at the University of Portsmouth. Undergraduate pathway programmes are offered in a range of STEM subjects such as computing, engineering, mathematics, and science. Arts and humanities are represented by pathway programs in disciplines such as architecture, design and fashion, media and games technologies, humanities and social sciences, and law, politics and international relations. Students can also study pathway programs in accounting and finance, business and management, and property and surveying.
Successful completion of an undergraduate pathway programme guarantees entry to an array of undergraduate degrees at the University of Portsmouth. Foundation programmes can last up to two semesters, depending on students’ qualifications on entry. International Year 1 degree programmes are also two semesters. If students choose to apply for International Year 2 courses, they may be eligible for a one or two semester programme, depending on their previous academic qualifications.
The college also offers seven postgraduate pathway programmes which can lead on to a range of master’s at the University of Portsmouth. International College Portsmouth provide a huge range of learning facilities, support services and social spaces, all designed to ensure that students achieve academic success. ICP students have full access to the same facilities available to University of Portsmouth students.
Students at ICP are able to access the university’s computer rooms, study spaces and its state-of-the-art library, which contains thousands of books, eBooks, journals and online resources. Specialist facilities at the university campus include the Future Technology Centre, a Bloomberg Suite, a motion capture studio, and many other tech laboratories.
ICP students also have access to the university’s state-of-the-art sports and fitness facilities at Ravelin Sports Centre. ICP also provides its students with a number of accommodation options. Students can choose to live at the college’s dedicated halls of residence or University of Portsmouth halls. Rooms in the college’s halls of residence are generally self-catered with en-suite bathrooms and are located within a few minutes’ walking distance of the campus.
