To be eligible for study at INTO Newcastle University, students will need to meet a small number of entry requirements.
This is not a definitive list, and students are recommended to check the entry requirements for their chosen course. Those who cannot meet the English language requirements may be eligible for the Academic English course.

International students can choose to stay in modern, secure on-campus housing, where there is 24/7 support and a range of facilities. Alternatively, they can opt to live in a local homestay, where students can experience what life is like in the UK.
There is a friendly café for all to enjoy hot and cold food and drinks. A variety of international cuisines are available, suiting most dietary requirements and preferences.
To help international students with their tuition fees and living expenses, INTO Newcastle University has a number of scholarships in place. The following is what is available for the 2019–20 academic year:
Students with an unconditional offer to start an International Foundation pathway may be eligible to receive a scholarship of GBP 10,000 – GBP 20,000. The scholarship comes as a tuition fee discount, and to receive the full scholarship, students need to progress onto a Newcastle University degree course.
INTO students starting an International Foundation, International Year One or Graduate Diploma pathway may be eligible to receive a scholarship of GBP 2,500 to go towards their tuition fees. This award is based on academic excellence.
