The Carnegie School of Sport is now housed in a state-of-the-art GBP 45 million building, featuring advanced research laboratories, a 60-metre indoor athletics track, a high-performance strength and conditioning centre, a nutrition teaching kitchen, human movement research labs, environmental chambers, and a dedicated performance analysis lab.

Looking after the personal safety of students is a key priority for Leeds Beckett University. There are plenty of groups and organisations which help to educate students and provide them with the necessary resources so that they can suitably look out for their friends as well as themselves.
