Plymouth Marjon University traces its roots back to 1840 and was officially established in 1923 by the merger of St. Mark’s College, Chelsea and St John’s College, Battersea. The university relocated to Plymouth, Devon in 1973 and is situated on a green and spacious campus, with world-class facilities.
All of Marjon’s programmes involve work placements of some sort, and all students are trained in critical skills such as presenting, applying for jobs, managing interviews and influencing others. The University works very closely with key employers on all programmes, linking students to contacts who can be helpful in their future careers.
Marjon was ranked #1 in England for Teaching Quality by the Good University Guide 2022 and #1 in England for Student Satisfaction in the Complete University Guide 2023.
93% cent of Marjon’s students find employment or move on to further study within six months of graduating.
