The California State University, Sacramento is an urban, public university and is a part of the California State University system. It was established in 1947 and is located at Sacramento, California. The university comprises of nearly 28,000 students and 1,600 staff members. The various departments available at the college include arts and letters, business administration, education, engineering and computer sciences, health and human services, natural sciences and mathematics, social sciences and interdisciplinary studies, and continuing education.
