I really enjoy the environment of diversity in this institution meaning that I have been exposed to a number of different perspectives, not only American-dominated view, on my subjects of interest. Group discussion, involvement in seminars and conferences have deepened my academic and built up my professional skill. I have also joined and run a number of organizations here. My most important advice is to reach out, make friends and build network. Learning best is to hear from and interact with others.
