Shepherd University was established in the heart of Los Angeles in August 1999 by Dr. Richard Cornel Rhee to serve the community in Southern California. Shepherd University is a degree-granting institution that is fully accredited by Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Shepherd University has grown into a University with five schools: the School of Nursing, the School of Digital Arts, the School of Music, the School of Theology, and the School of Language Program. The University is designed to offer a modern and convenient experience to students and is easily accessible from various leading cities in the USA.
