Open Training and Education Network (OTEN)

Open Training and Education Network (OTEN) was formed in 1889 and is located at Strathfield, NSW. It provides specialist distance education and training services. OTEN offers around 200 qualifications and courses flexibly and by distance. In 2004 as a result of the Department of Education and Training restructure, OTEN became part of Western Sydney Institute. It awards certificates, diplomas and advanced diplomas and offers several business services programs, besides non–framework courses in Accounting, Community Service, Maritime Operations, Advertising, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Property Services, etc.
