Entry requirements

For international students

A candidate for the Master of Laws / Master of Business Administration (Law) shall have been previously awarded any of the following: 

Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from UNSW Sydney or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience

Bachelor of Laws degree with a credit average, from UNSW Sydney or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience

Juris Doctor degree, with a credit average, from UNSW Sydney or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience

Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Humanities, with a credit average, from UNSW Sydney or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience

Juris Doctor degree or a Bachelor degree in Laws, Social Sciences or Humanities from UNSW Sydney or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution and a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience*

Bachelor degree from UNSW Sydney, with a credit average, or a qualification considered equivalent from another university or tertiary institution and a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience*
